  The store manager gave us nothing but stress and nonsense. I purchased a phone for my husband and the manager Deandrae said we had 30 days to exchange it if he wasnt satisfied. We took his word and everything since he was a so call manager. We went back before the 30 days to exchange the phone cause my husband wanted a different one . Everything was new in the package like new too. He came up to us aggressive and mad. He wouldnt help us saying he knows his job and so forth. He lied just to make sale. We would of still bought a phone either way but the point was he lied!!!! And treated us horrible. He said we were distrupting his customers and ignored us. I have the video.. i now know the difference between a retailer store and the actual corporate AT&T store cause then i didnt. So simce te phone was purchased at a retailer store cooperate couldnt step in much just put in the complaint.. finally the DM contacted us amd it took forever to situate the issue.. if it wasmt for me constantly calling and pushing eveything through they would of gotten awy with it. It sad that he is even employeed their knowing how he lied nd how bd he treated us. He even called the cops because he didnt wanna situate the issue and admit he lied. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!!!!! GO TO A COOPERATE STORE NO RETAILERS!!! the sales associate at the cooperate store off telshor were so helpful and understanding.. something needs to be done about his manager ... i know more people havehd issues with him and i hope they all step up amd not let him give someone else the hassle he gave us... it was ridiculous and uncalled for. But like i said the i bet he just got a slap on the wrist... its very sad for him to be treated like what he did....... i will keep voicing this issue . I hope people do listen and dont go this this location off Lohman.. make sure it is a COOPERATE STORE NOT RETAIL STORE!!!! Also when we went back and turned in the phone after like a month for it to get take care of we were able to finally get our refund. Even at the end of the refund he still had the phone as if am in contract and i told him os the phone off my account and he acted like we had to call cooperate and handle it. The finally he took it off.. and we got all the reciepts. Even thought he DM contacted us. She should of contacted us a lot more prompt instead of me having to call 3 times for the situation. Again i hope these people get better customer service skills and not be liars. Never leave without reciepts and printed of what they tell u!!!!
