  Super lousy customer service from old lady with glasses. Very condescending, used hate speech regularly, and while I was walking out the door (the door was open and I was half way out) she started yelling at me about my Xbox missing a cable in front of other customers, creating a very hostile environment. I could see the discomfort on the other customers faces because of her yelling so loud and rudely. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, they will return your products damaged/parts missing and say its not their fault (has happened to me) No self respecting store owner would give such terrible, awful, down-right disgusting service.

  Staff isnt always in the best of moods however, they always work with me on late payments on my pawned items... Always!!! And they give fair prices for the items. Regarding another review i read... they dont have another branch. Traderman Pawn is owned and run by mmj's owners brother, so they wouldnt have the same policies. I highly recomend both shops. I have been going to mmj's since they opened.
