  This is a very poor operation with little interest by the staff and management for the customers. If we take a D/E gallon of paint there and ask for a duplicate gallon, they will take from an hour to 1-1/2 hours to produce it. If we complain about that the staff becomes defensive and rude. How can we operate a business with this kind of production by our supplier, since we have to pay our painter staff for waiting!! Just thought we would warn the public and tell D/E we are moving to Sherwin Williams. Adios!!
