  The textbook for a class is not listed and therefore can't use website. When you call the store they will redirect you to the website. When you reach a person, they tell you that the book is not listed, and you should email the bookstore so they can research it because they do not have the information on the book. You tell them that you have the information on the book and they want you to email them the information. They will then research it and see what they can do. All I wanted is for them to tell me if they had the book (I have the information on the book) but they wanted to know why professor did not list it instead. Poor customer service; I can now see why everyone buys online instead of this bookstore.

  Everything in store is overpriced, including the textbooks. If you want school merchandise just go to Walmart or Target and pay half the price. Wait times for red-tag books are also ridiculous when needed for class, especially given that this store is lucky enough to be allowed on the NMSU campus. The ONLY redeeming factor is the fact that they have a selection of used textbooks - sometimes. Not sure why NMSU hasn't opted for a better company to take over as the campus book store.
